Ever since I had pre-press at college I was fascinated by halftones. Looks like Travess Smalley also loves the way halftone can make beautiful patterns.
But I have to admit its a bit painful for your eyes

German Via Grafik is both a graphic design studio and an art collective. They work with everything from graphic design to huge installations and print, and have worked with huge clients like Nike, Adidas, Nintendo and MTV. Check out their website which is filled up with tons of examples of their work.

The smartest ways to browse the Behance Network:

Tons of really high quality works are posted regulary. A great example is the photo-series “Alison” by Jack Radcliffe.

When my daughter Alison was born, in the tradition of a new parent, I began to photograph her, initially in a separate and private body of work. However, in the process of documenting Alison’s growth, I developed a passionate interest in human relationships and capturing intimate moments in the lives of family and friends.

deviantART – get inspired!

deviantART is one of the biggest art-communities on the net today, with over 11 million members, over 100 million submissions, and receives around 100,000 submissions per day. 99% is utterly crap, but with such huuuuge numbers you will eventually find some really killer art.

Ive been a user there for over 7 years (!) and posted lots of crap myself (I take some photos now and then…). So, how to find the good stuff? Pretty easy actually; Browse other users (you dont need to be a registred user to browse the site) favorite galleries (you find my favorites here).
